Very nice place to stay
Location to the Great Smokey Mountains was very close. It was clean and a nice place for two people or a small family of four.

By the river treat
This was a lovely place to stay. Clean, comfortable, and great location. Loved the large lawn area, the outdoor seating, the quiet, and the river, of course. We enjoyed our stay here, and hope to return again.

Great Location
Pros: Location! If you want to stay on the quiet side of the Smokies then you are right in the middle of it. The pool was very nice and the property backs up to Little River, which is delightful. Cons: The bed is hard, the place needs some maintenance/paint, only 5 towels were given and there is no washer/dryer.

This property was perfect for us! Very clean and just the right size for a short stay. The nearby stream with the firepit and decks for hanging out were the icing on the cake. We like the quiet of the area and we were close enough to visit our daughter in Maryville.

Cozy little place to stay
Was a perfect spot for our small family. Only thing I wish they had provided was another blanket for the sleeper couch. They had sheets but no blanket, so we had to buy one.

Long weekend away
Townsend is a peaceful small town. The condo is on the river. A deck with rocking chairs is on the back side of the building facing the river. Great place to sit, relax, meet other people that live in the building. We chatted with one of the residents while we were sitting on the deck and learned a lot about the area and the condos. If you are looking for a place that is peaceful, away from the crowd of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, then this is the place for you.

Room needed some work
Loved the river in the back along with a camp fire area. Met some very nice people. Filters in room were filthy and we cleaned them. Having bad allergies we had too.

Beautiful Place at First Glance
We were very pleased with the location and quietness and amneties . A place to store clothes would be a big plus. Especially for stays longer than one night . The extra linens in the closet do not seem to be laundered after each previous tenant . The spare blanket in the closet had a used bandaid stuck to it . I wound definitely stay again if the cleanliness is addressed .

Great Stay
It was comfortable inside and quiet outside. We were close to great eateries with fairly easy access onto and off the highway. No problems with parking. Watching television was limited to only a few channels. There was what looked like mold at the shower. Full size refrigerator that kept things cold and a nice dishwasher. The bed is no longer a Murphy which was quite alright with us. We enjoyed sitting on the upper deck overlooking the Little River. Everyone we met was friendly.

Small but cute
This small condo was perfect for a day or two. Probably too small for a week. Kitchen was appointed adequately. No wine glasses no hot pads. Pots nearly new dishes mismatched. no view of the river from the condo. Had to go to deck at the end of the building. Location is quite a distance from Gatlinburg. But lots of beautiful drives in the area. Yes I would do it again for 2 to 4 days only.

Great property & location
Overall we had a wonderful stay. The space is small but was perfect for my husband, son & I. There is a coffee shop right next door which was great. Close to several great restaurants & shops and an easy drive over to Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg. We got snowed in one evening but had the basics in the kitchen to be able to cook so that was great. The only downside is that they need a couple of extra linens stocked in the closet for winter months...it was cold & snowy when we were there & there was just a sheet & thin coverlet on the bed so we had to make a Dollar General run for a blanket. And possibly a better TV cable package (just had the basic channels) but other than the one night of the roads being bad with ice we weren't in the room too much for that to matter.

Needs work!
Great condo and location but upon arrival the floors were dusty, dead roaches and spiders in the pantry closet, mold in the bathroom, shower door jammed among other issues. Pictures were taken and presented to Vacasa and were told compensation was coming but that didn’t happen.

Townsend mini stay
We loved that it is on the quiet side of the Smokies. The outdoor spaces were nice and next to the River. The room was a nice size for a studio. The kitchen is beautiful. The room was clean other than there was a little mildew in the shower on the caulking around the shower pan. The bed was comfortable. The room could use a few more homey touches like extra blankets . There was no iron or ironing board and no blow dryer. Not having a blow dryer was not a big deal for me because I always bring my own but I don’t travel with an iron and that was a little bit of an issue. We had a good time and overall it was a clean and comfortable stay.

They property was great. Cozy studio in a very peaceful setting. The management company is horrible and have no clue what customer service means. Even after telling me that they made the mistake there wasn’t any offer to make it right. An issue with the cable was reported and never addressed. I will never book a property with this management company.
