"Stayed unexpectedly due to icy weather and therefore dangerous driving conditions. Staff was empathetic and professional in handling my late, last minute arrival. She immediately salted the sidewalks outside as well. It was nice to have a hot breakfast before I left the next morning also. Clean room at a good price."

I was there for surgery and they allowed my husband to do a late check-out so he could wait for me to be finished. I couldn't eat due to surgery, but my husband did.
