"Condition (for the most part), room arrangement, and location were great. Just I and my wife in a site so large but we situated ourselves on the top floor and enjoyed it. Great proximity to the beach. A few admin challenges at first though the support team remotely responded and enabled resolution. Recommend others consider this option in their planning."

"It's the perfect property for a family of 4 with a doggie-the size, the location, the actual condo itself. It was a great find! The property company was super involved and responsive. The property was very clean. Having rented other properties in NC and FL, this one wins over all of them. It was very helpful to have two bathrooms too. Yes, the Trailer bar is right across the street, but they were done by 11:00 pm plus the music was awesome. Two suggestions for the owner- check the air...

"We enjoyed our stay, perfect location, far enough away from overcrowded public beach locations, but close enough to restaurants and shops. Our beds at home were definitely more comfortable, but we still slept well! Family room furniture super cozy, patio furniture very nice! We loved the spacious patio and appreciated the protection from the dunes across the street. Maybe next time there will be a gazebo added across the property to get direct access from house, but it was not a big deal to walk...

"Our stay didn’t start off well. My husband and I were visiting my son and our son’s fiancé. They are both marines. My son is at Camp Geiger. He had Liberty for the weekend. He told us that his Liberty started on Friday, but then found out it started on Saturday. My husband and I decided to come down Saturday instead. My son’s fiancé. "The location is great! Couldn’t be better. That what I will give 2stars for. Other then that it was worth the price. No linens are provided.. who travels with linens? For that price they should be included. The house smelled terrible like mold or mildew. We got used to it eventually. As far as cleanliness goes they need to find new cleaners. The sliding door to the patio was filthy when we got there. Also under the deck is full of garbage& beer cans, there were beer cans stuffed in random places...
