Minimum Stay Requirements:

A two (2) night minimum stay is required for reservations that take place before Memorial Day Weekend or after Labor Day Weekend.

A three (3) night minimum stay is required for reservations that take place between Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends.

There are two Four (4) night reservations available during the 4th of July holiday week: The reservations are: Arrive Saturday June 28th and Depart on Wednesday July 2nd and / or Arrive on Wednesday July 2nd and Depart on Sunday July 6th. These 2 - 4 night reservations are combinable into a 9 day / 8 night entire 4th of July week reservation with 2 weekends! Arrive Saturday June 28th and depart on Sunday July 6th. First one to click in gets it!

Now that it’s March, the island is still virtually empty! There are no crowds anywhere. Today's ocean temperature is 58 degrees. Too cold for most humans to swim, but not too cold for surfers or dogs! The pool will re-open on April 1st. Come out and get in on the good times! My condo is in the perfect location for you to enjoy a wonderful and relaxing beach vacation - it is less than a 1 minute walk to both the beach ramp and the pool and is equipped with everything that you need!

My condo, Sea4Urself, is ready to be your home away from home for your beach vacation! The condo was completely renovated from top to bottom including all new appliances in June, 2021. Absolutely everything in the condo was new. It is in the Surf Condos, and is less than a 1 minute walk to the beach ramp and less than a 1 minute walk to the Olympic sized pool!

I am Rob, your host. I encourage you to read the over 100 reviews that I have earned. The reviews will tell you everything that you need to know about my condo and the hosting services that I provide to my guests. I am very proud to report that my condo is rated 10/10 in all 6 Vrbo rating categories! I strive to give all of my guests a hassle free / stress free wonderful vacation. I am a certified international tour manager and full time year round Topsail Beach resident. I live right down the road from the condo making it easy for me to provide amazing service to my guests. I have travelled through all 50 states and 54 different countries. I know what beach vacationers want and need and how to provide it to my guests! Every visitor who stays at my condo receives warm and welcoming hospitality before, during and after their vacation! I truly care that my guests have a wonderful experience.

The condo has 1 bedroom. It has a King sized bed, TV, dressers, nightstands, and a blackout shade. There are twin sized bunk beds in the hallway. Additionally there is a queen sized pullout sofa in the living room. At maximum capacity you can fit 2 in the bedroom, 2 in the bunk beds, and 2 on the pull out sofa. That's why Vrbo lists that a 1 bedroom condo sleeps 6. You can see the ocean, dunes and pool unobstructed from your private balcony and from in the living room. Brand new included all of the furniture, kitchen equipment and decorations. Sea4Urself was remodeled with high end everything. The kitchen has all of the equipment and gadgets that you need. The TV's are large. The couches and recliner comfortable. The wall decorations and pictures are relaxing and inviting. The private deck has high quality chairs and a table where you can see out to the dunes and ocean unobstructed. A great place to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon happy hour.
The condo has an upscale vibe and a beachy feel to it. It is not a luxury property and is not being advertised as such. Sea4Urself is a super comfortable, professionally and properly cleaned, totally stocked, full kitchen condo with an ocean view. The condo is a less than a 1 minute walk to the beach ramp and less than a 1 minute walk to the olympic sized pool. It has everything you need. I make sure that the condo is fully stocked with all of the essentials including toilet paper, paper towels, sponges, dish soap, and much more. It was completely remodeled with all high quality amenities. It really is less than a 1 minute walk to both the beach ramp and olympic sized pool! Going back and forth from the condo to the beach or pool during your days could not be any easier! The condo comes with a private reserved covered parking space that fits 2 vehicles right under the condo - you never have to look for a parking spot!

The condo also comes with a private equipment shed. In the shed there are high quality beach chairs, both in high and low style, for relaxing in comfort during your stay. In the shed you will also find a full sized shibumi shade, boogie boards, a beach umbrella, pails, shovels, pool noodles, an inflatable raft for the pool and more. There is no need to bring your beach equipment from home. Everything you need to enjoy the beach and pool is here waiting for you!

The Surf Condos are located 1 mile north of the Surf City bridge on the ocean side of the street. The town of Surf City is between the condo and the bridge, giving you easy access to everything you need. It is very easy to get to and use the restaurants and shops in Surf City. It is less than a 5 minute drive to anywhere. Walking along the beach is safe and easy both during the daytime and also at night. According to google maps it is a 20 to 25 minute walk along the beach from the condo to the center of Surf City. Walking down the beach to get coffee or breakfast in town is the perfect way to begin your day!

Topsail Island is a 26 mile long coastal barrier island that is very narrow between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal Waterway. There are no traffic lights, high rises, or national chains anywhere on the island. We are a simple, laid-back, easy place to be. Those seeking nightlife, glitz and glamour should look elsewhere. Those who enjoy a beautiful beach in a natural setting that feels the same as it has for decades will be ecstatic with their choice.

If you are looking for a great location, and a very comfortable, clean, well maintained condo with a full kitchen and private deck with an ocean view to enjoy a hassle free beach vacation less than a 1 minute walk to the beach ramp and pool then you have found exactly what you are searching for! I am an owner who truly cares about his guests having a wonderful experience. I am a full time Topsail Beach resident and am right down the road on the island available with prompt and excellent communication and service should anything be needed before, during or after your stay.

*Some Other Information that's important to know: Please be sure to read this including the linen and towel policy that is standard on Topsail Island*:

- This is referred to as a "First Floor Unit". Due to the fragile environment of being a barrier island and the real threats of hurricanes and tropical storms, there is absolutely no living on the ground floor anywhere on Topsail Island. It is against the law. It is 14 steps to get into the condo. There is no elevator or ramp available. You must use the stairs.
- No grills are allowed on the decks at the Surf Condos. There is a grilling area at the complex with charcoal grills available to use anytime.
- There is a washer / dryer room in the complex, but there is no washer or dryer inside the unit.
- There is a workout / gym room in the complex.
- The grilling area, laundry room and workout room are all a 3-4 minute walk from the condo.
- Linens and Towels are not included in your rental. You either have to bring your own linens and towels or I am happy to set up a rental for your stay. I get a full time locals discount. This is due to the history of Topsail Island rentals having been available to rent Saturdays to Saturdays only. Only weekly rentals were the deal prior to covid, and the majority of house and condo rentals on the island are still rented in this manner. Due to this, the entire Island gets turned around on Saturdays between 10:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. The cleaners who work on the island come into the condo and clean it for you. They do a fantastic job. There is simply not enough time to make beds and do laundry services. That's how this long standing policy of bring your own or rent linens and towels came into effect.
- The Condo is perfect for a couple and very comfortable for a family of 4. With the pull out sofa it technically sleeps 6 according to Vrbo.
