"We got together with our daughter and SIL Staff Sgt Hutton USAF to have a family outing before he transfers out to Las Vegas, NV. We got to spend quality time with our granddaughter Embry Rae! This place was spot on from the listing and Mr. Clint kept us informed from our booking to arrival! The weather was a little on the chilly side but a chilly day at the beach is better than any day at work! Definitely recommend Our Happy Place, we loved it!"

"My wife and adult kids decided to vote early and escape the crazy of Election Day. We couldn’t have picked a better place!! The house was very well equipped, updated and super clean. With beach access right across the street the location was ideal. But the game changer was the great backyard with a fenced in backyard with gas firepit. We would definitely stay again!"

"This house is amazing! As soon as we walked in, we immediately noticed how clean it was. And of course the incredible beach view, right outside the windows! The deck got a lot of use! The location of the house is perfect, it's very quiet, and not a lot of people. Communication with the host was superb. My only issue was that we wish we had known ahead of time that there were no cable channels, as the listing stated (hopefully that is updated). Otherwise, no issues at all, and we would stay...

"The trip we had to The Beach Barn was Amazing! The owner Michelle was quick to reply to anything asked and/or needed. She was very accommodating with us the entire stay. The house fits 6 adults very comfortably, and they provided all linens for us, as well as have a washer and dryer to wash towels and/or clothes when need. The beach is literally a 2 minute walk from the house. There are so many good places to eat just a few minutes away. Next time we visit, we will definitely look The Beach Barn...

"We loved staying at this spacious home, just minutes from the beach! It's in a cul-de-sac within a neighborhood, but there are walkways that can get you to the beach quickly. The house was private, with trees to one side and two balconies, and there's room for at least 6 guests. We'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for value near the beach!"

"It was really nice. Two things though. Dishes were still in dishwasher. They were clean. I put them away. Secondly, the living room floor was a bit unclean. "Perfect location, can’t get any closer to the beach. Nice and quiet. House was very clean and up to date. Was exactly as pictured in the listing. Only incredibly minor complaint was that the smoke alarm is super sensitive and went off every time we used the oven. Better to work than not at all though! Definitely will be coming back. "
