"Great hotel love to stay there. However jets in out bedroom tub didn’t work even after trying the suggestions on the instructions to try and get it to work. "

"The carpeting in the corridors was not very clean. The rooms were very clean, however. The hot water setup causes a great deal of water to be wasted and is not ecofriendly. Showers need a hold bar(s), The desk needs a chair instead of a stool--the stool is not friendly to a bad back. "

"The room was really clean and simple, serving its purpose well. I noticed many complaints about traffic and train noise, but I didn't experience much of it because I was located near the back. My only issue was that, since my room was near the stairs, I could hear people coming up and down. Other than that, the stay was pleasant. There aren’t many dining options directly nearby, but a five-minute drive to downtown Newhall offered plenty of amazing choices!"

"Room was comfortable. Hot water only available in lobby at 6am for short period, no microwave or kettle in room. Great location only minutes walk to Hollywood star walk. Very noisy as you can hear other guests in hallway and loud noises from street and building amenities. Elevator is slow and stops on wrong floors. "

"This hotel is ON Santa Monica Boulevard. Will it knock your socks off? No. Will you find anything to complain about? Also no. I REALLY appreciate this type of hotel - good location, cheaper than other places around, no frills, maybe slightly dated facilities, but staff doing well to keep the place nice. It's a well-run business. We'll be back."
