The Avenue is very different on both sides, the side of the hostel is not that safe, not that clean, locals recommended not to walk the area in the afterhours to the hostel because it is dangerous. "The good, was the room was clean and the staff is very kind. They let us check in early. The downsides were huge. WiFi doesn’t really work at all. There were loud parties outside past 2 AM with super loud music that you can hear. There’s no insulation from the sound and you can hear people talking outside of cars driving by. The neighborhood isn’t very good."
