We were able to give our $50 credit card hold over the phone, review our room amenities and get our room number. All we had to do was stop at the desk to provide a photo ID and get our keys. "We had the opportunity to share this property with international lacrosse players who were playing in a tournament. We met players from Japan, china tipai, Germany, and Scotland. We learned many things about these coaches, players and the game they love to participate in. Yes they were slightly noisy later at night (after 11 pm) but with a quick visit in the hallway about their day and a reminder we were older everything went quiet. My husband has dementia and without proper sleep at night...

"It was a perfect no frills stop on our way to Maine from Chicago. Ashly (sp?) at check in was delightful. We didn’t expect to experience the compare with London’s Dorchester but for about $700 bucks a night cheaper we were happy."
