"Comfortable and clean, friendly staff, 24/7 on demand shuttle to and from casino - never waited more than a couple mins. They also delayed check out time for New Year’s Day, which was fantastic!!"

"The staff are outstanding!! Very friendly and efficient! The lobby was especially warm and inviting with the fire and holiday decorations. The free coffee, etc was a very nice touch! Breakfast room was spotless and the offerings were ample! Fresh fruit, many cereal and bread options, boiled eggs, yogurt. We arrived during a snowstorm, and our room was cold, so we needed the heat on full blast for the entire stay. "
