"Staffs were nice, friendly and informative. The hotel is old, more like motel, need up date and keep the outside area clean. The bed and linen sheets are cleaned but the carpet was not so it’s smell musty. The area is good and convenient to restaurants and stores. The continental breakfast was very good more than what we expected, eggs and bacon etc. "

There’s a burger restaurant nearby (similar to McDonald’s) that offers great takeaway burgers at affordable prices. The staff were friendly and quick to help. "The hotel was conveniently located to the university, just a minute or two from the Observatoire tram stop (direct connection C tram from the Gare Centrale train station). While no hot food, the breakfast buffet was full and fresh and good value, the room with panoramic windows had good light and outside air control, and tram sound was minimal with the windows closed. "There was a bit of a musty smell in the room, but it was comfortable to stay in, breakfast was good, and the location was fantastic -- right by the tram stop and the cathedral!"
