"We had a problem with the bathroom door locking when we closed the door. It looked like it had an issue previously because the door handle looked like it was popped off. When we arrived it was so cold in the room, it took a few hours to warm the room up. I understand trying to save hydro but this was a huge problem because we had to leave to get it warm. "Pros: hotel & room were clean, has a decent breakfast, staff was very informative & helpful. Was quiet for the most part. Cons: for the pool area - as a hotel guest you aren’t allowed to use the captains club locker rooms. Which allows only one bathroom for every family that’s getting ready in & out of the pool area.
