"We did like just going out for meals was very easy & nice price. Staff phoned for cabs ,& answered questions & always very nice & polite. Thank god for air conditioning but the bed was very very firm & more hanging clothes options would definitely be an improvement "

"had always wanted to stay in a pod style hotel and this did not disappoint. pod felt spacious enough with a gap at the end of the bed to place some of your things. three storage lockers provided per bed - one for shoes, one for bags, and a small one in the pod for valuables. beds very comfortable and staff extremely friendly. would happily stay here again if visiting Singapore. only thing I could say as a negative is that one of the shower rooms smelt a little funky, but I just avoided this one...

"Tidy hotel for a budget price. This hotel is in a tidy condition and the staff is helpful. There are no facilities for dining at the premises and the area near the property is not in a tourist area so the dining is typical local cuisine. For folks looking for European styles cafes it is not ideal. Transport options are decent. If you don't mind 15 minute walk there are two MRT station to use. The bus stops are just a few minutes walk. "

Otherwise, an overall pleasant experience, with very nice and courteous staff, and the hotel is in a great location close to many amazing F&B options. However, it is quite far from subway transportation."

"This is a very new hotel. The room is small but equipped with most of tourists needed. The beds are comffy. Guests will enjoy the premium filtered water, coffee and tea mix. This hotel is located in an excellent areas of Singapore where tourists can find good food from budget to high standard seafood restaurants in Geyland. We did enjoy our short stay with 81 hotel Palace in Geyland. We highly recommend this hotel to tourists who look for a very good budget hotel on Singapore. "

"Solo traveller. Being older, the 22 steps to get to the lobby was a challenge especially with a suitcase. The high steps to get up to the loft bed was also a challenge. Everything else was fine. Despite noisy children at 1100 pm, once in the room, peaceful! Hag really good sleep thru out. Best for younger people. Common bathroom was well done but careless patrons leave the toilets a wet mess by use of the cleaning hose. "
