"Loved the ocean view and the balcony. It was wonderful waking up to the view of the ocean every day. Nikita at the front desk was very hospitality with an excellent personality. She also baked more cookies for us when we realized there were none left. We will definitely return to Palmetto. "

"Overall stay was great. The staff were amazing and service was top notch. The only issue was that it was a little overcrowded at the lobby during breakfast limiting the sitting space. "

"I had initially reserved a a room for those with disabilities. I guess those rooms do not get used very much. I did not even have to go into the room. I cracked the door and the worst urine smell hit me in the face. I went down to get my room changed. The desk changed it with no problem. That room needs to be totally ripped apart. My stay in the new room was great. "
