"The customer service was outstanding except that the automated system sent me 14 e-mails (the same) at check-in. Otherwise, they were VERY responsive to my reply to their text system asking if everything was OK. I made a few comments that were dealt with immediately and efficiently- with kindness. My only complaints were the noise of other guests (couldn't be helped by the office/staff because the rooms just were not well insulated so sound carried easily) and the bed was way too soft/lumpy...

"The staff especially when checking in are exceptional.we stay here twice a year and have always enjoyed our stay. We travel with pets - multiple cats.
