"The front desk assistant Mrs. Kishia was very nice, warm and welcoming to me and my family. We were traveling for a track and field event. The only issue was with breakfast, the employee was mouthy and irritated about people being down there before it opened. To add to it, no one, I mean absolutely no one asked her one time to open before it started. Even upon telling her good morning, she didn't speak because she was so irritated. She doesn't know what time people had to be at the track. ...

"The Quality Inn was an enjoyable overnight stop. The hotel is dated and in need of updating. If you can over look that it was clean and functional for the most part. We had a short shower curtain that would not stay in the tub when showering. But, once again.... if you can look beyond the over paint, nicked furniture and walls, and aged lavatory features, it had a fairly comfortable bed and linens for a decent night's sleep. "Staff very friendly. We were there on a day with a lot of snow. They kept the breakfast open past 9 and were accommodating with a late checkout due to our flight being delayed. Would definitely stay there again if flying out of Birmingham on an early morning. "
