"When we checked in at night a gentleman named Josh was attending the desk. We got a feel for the type of area we were in because the doors were kept locked at night. That may just be a hotel policy, but the surrounding area seemed pretty bad when we were in town the next day. Josh was super friendly, he was professional and helpful. "The front desk was very helpful and accommodating. Unfortunately, the first room we were in smelled so musty that we had to ask for another room. They request was handled very quickly and without question. The second room smelled pleasing but it was not cleaned thoroughly. The bathroom floor was visibly dirty. I could tell things had been wiped because I could see the smeared film on everything. I did not feel good about the room because of the cleanliness. "
