When area on carpet near window leaked when rained; staff came in immediately to work on it. since it was our first time in San Francisco, it would have been nice if there were flyers provided in room of maps, recommended restaurants, sites to see in area that were walkable"

"This hotel exceeded my expectations, I honestly was impressed. giving the fact that it’s a two star hotel. I can’t complain about really anything just that they needed to swap out this plant that was dying by the stairs lol but besides that I think it was back in a good way. I would stay here again ! Beds comfy, fridge, average size bathroom, huge body mirror to get ready. The room was BIG for it being that prize and I’ve stayed in my my fair share of hotels and I’ve paid more for smaller. ...

"Easy and complete checkin. A recent change in staffing resulted in lack of early morning airport transfer. Competent and friendly staff made Uber reservation, hotel paid for transfer. It arrived as scheduled and our timely early departure occurred without incident or delay. "
