"Lovely private room with en-suite which was annexed to the owners house. Had its own front door, so was completely self contained. Contact in advance was timely and informative. Friendly owner greeted us upon arrival and encouraged us to be in touch if there were any issues, which there weren’t. Room was perfect for our 2 night stay. Clean, well appointed with a huge, comfy bed and facilities for tea and coffee making and enough cutlery and crockery for a ‘bring your own’ breakfast. Driveway...

"Just returned home from a lovely stay at The Sandrock in Lynton. The Sandrock is a little out of the way of the main high street but still only a 5 minute walk to the shops etc. We stayed in room 4 which was clean and well appointed, the en suite was spacious (huge infact!)and the towels really fluffy, it was also super clean and tidy.
