"The only good thing about this hotel is the location. The room was filthy from the start. No one came to clean our room during our stay so we had to go and request new towels and buy toilet roll. The mattress had a mysterious looking pee stain which was quickly uncovered as our bed sheet on our double bed was actually two single sheets placed horizontally (which is very uncomfortable and moves during the night). The duvet covers also had some mysterious stains on them, and the whole place smelt...

"On arrival I was made to feel very welcome. There was a lift to my second floor room. The room was fitted out to very high standards. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. "

The staff are friendly and helpful. We booked the last and cheapest room on the first floor , it was just above a bar which played music until 11.30 every night - fortunately we liked their playlist. Room was nice but, overlooking road at front of property, there was understandably some traffic noise with the window open. Bed a little soft for my taste.
