"Clean hotel, comfortable rooms, convenient location, friendly staff (especially Jessica at reception was very helpful and excellent). It was a good experience that could have been excellent except for the poor breakfast. There were always 2 hot food items: one protein and eggs. The protein was always DRY. Bacon was fine dry, but the dry sausages were inedible. The fake powdered eggs every morning were also super dry and inedible. The coffee was weak and tasted like water. Nice staff in the...

Elevator a little run down and slow drains in room 315 - we told front desk staff and they are looking into it. Room and bedding were clean and we heard NO noise from neighbouring rooms or outside - this is what is important to us."
