"The service from the front desk folks was really great. Super nice, sincere, and welcoming. The facilities were a bit subpar though. The elevators were down, and the laundry machines keep eating coins. The gym equipment was missing pieces to select weights or make adjustments. The pool didn't look great. But if you need to just check on and sleep in the room, this place was a good spot, not too far from downtown New Orleans. Parking is free too, and not an extra resort charge. "
