"For the most part, the cottage was very quaint, charming and clean; and logistically very convenient to the waterfront. However, an overgrown back yard and swarming bees kept us from enjoying the outdoor space., and frenzied construction on a soon-to-open restaurant within mere yards of the cottage made for disturbing daytime noise, jockying around vehicles in an already tight driveway, and annoying floodlights burning all night. Otherwise I'd consider renting it again but I'm concerned these...

"This is a comfortable property, plenty of parking, and shaded. Make sure you are open to stairs this is near the water and is elevated. You share a wall with the adjoining property and can also hear the highway noise during peak travel hours. The internet was strong enough to have the TV streaming and working on the computer simultaneously. Overall, it is great for a short stay or if you need a place to combine working a little bit and playing alot."
