"This is our second time staying here. The hotel is undergoing renovation but it seems they could have it a little tidier than it was--seemed to be a bit dirty. It snowed while we were there but the sidewalks were not cleared off, making it potentially dangerous to walk. The bed is very comfortable."

"Some guests had a party in their room that shared a wall with us. My husband who rarely complains contacted hotel staff. They promptly asked the guests to follow the noise policy. They initially didn't comply so my husband reached out to staff again. The staff promptly followed up and the guests were quiet. I enjoyed the fact that there was an indoor pool; hot tub and sauna at this location. They were contributing factors why I did not chose to stay in another hotel. The staff were very...

"Last minute stay on the way back from a business trip. Desk staff was kind and easy to work with. The rooms are some of the nicest and cleanest we've seen from hotels of this chain. Great value for the cost."

"This day was good. It started off very bad when I called to say I would be there late and they acknowledged that they would be there. When I got there, no one was at the desk and I had to beat on the doors for 15 minutes for someone to finally show up. There was a phone right outside the door which I use to call the desk but I could see no one was there.
