"This loft is spacious, cozy and a great location for Notre Dame proximity. Way better quality for cost. It took maybe 15 minutes to get to campus/parking. It’s also right by Main St in Niles. We walked to a coffee shop every day. The host is very communicative and responsive. We felt safe and secure. We had some cleanliness issues which we shared with the host. This is the reason for four stars versus five. "

"Attractive, clean, and very cool loft apartment above a hip eatery (make reservations & don't plan to walk in!)... Not a ton to do nearby but there's a great coffee shop and more decent restaurants a short drive away.If you are sensitive to noise, be aware that you will hear music and voices from the restaurant until closing time, and sound travels from the upstairs loft, too. Didn't bother us, but if you're looking for dead silence this is not it.Great place--we loved it!"

"This is the second time we have stayed at units of this property. It's a little bit quirky, compared to staying at a Hampton inn or similar, which we enjoy. Our only complaint this time was with the bed linens. The blanket they gave us was old, worn, and thin. We had to use the one from the other bed, too. The pillows were worn and lumpy too."
