"we loved being in the water floating, fishing and just talking to each other. The wineries were wonderful to visit and do some taste testing, the farmer markets had some good deals with home made cheese and jerky. The neighbors were friendly and we enjoyed talking to them and petting their friendly dog, thank you for the use of your cottage we needed the break from the rat race called life. Thank You till next time"

" Charming little house was in a perfect location. Check in was easy and house was very clean. Easy short walk to downtown St. Joseph, restaurants and shopping. Golf course was short drive. The owner, Cindy, was very helpful with suggestions for dining and events. There a fire house right next door and a church behind the house, so sleeping was a challenge at times since the church chimes ring EVERY hour all night long! Thank goodness there werent any sirens at night from the fire station too! "

"Cottage is the perfect size for two. Close to town. I stayed over Thanksgiving, the owners emailed me to make sure I was aware of a local place serving dinner. I visit Paw Paw a couple times a year to see family and usually stay at a hotel. This was so much more relaxing. It will be the first place I check for availability. "

"Great little lake house with all amenities needed! The kids, dogs, and adults all had a blast! The kitchen is well stocked with anything needed to cook while there! The outdoor grill is a nice bonus on the deck as well. Plenty of seating and space to eat outdoors. Game room and living room is also quite spacious and roomy. We rented the boat and really enjoyed exploring the lake throughout the stay. Ryan was professional and attentive, making sure we were good throughout our stay. If you are...

"We have stayed at numerous VRBO homes and this was a favorite for sure! Beautifully decorated, extremely clean and situated in the perfect place! The outdoor patio and fire pit was an added bonus each day! We had breakfast on the patio and a fire each evening. Thank you for sharing you home with us!"

"Very cute cottage near Deer Forest. The inside was very clean and cozy. The host was very easy to get in contact with and made sure the house was ready for our stay even though there was an issue with the booking showing up in Vrbo. We had a great stay and would recommend this house to others! "

"The house is cute, clean and comfortable. It's very close to the beach but the beach is Private but free public beaches are near buy. It's not brand new but a cute rustic and charming little place perfect for families. The smore pit was perfect and the host was very nice."

"This is a sweet little house in one of our favorite neighborhoods. A short drive to Hagar Park for beaching and sunsets and a great yard for roasting marshmallows. The house is quite spacious for its size and there are 2 spaces for hanging out: off the kitchen and the living room. Beds are comfy and the couch in the living room is big enough for everyone to watch a late nite movie. Thank you for sharing this house with us. "

"The cottage is well maintained, clean and inviting. The private beach on Lake Michigan is beautiful with a nice walk through a forest to reach it. We really enjoyed walking along the lakeshore on the private beach and easy access to South Haven."

"Some guests had a party in their room that shared a wall with us. My husband who rarely complains contacted hotel staff. They promptly asked the guests to follow the noise policy. They initially didn't comply so my husband reached out to staff again. The staff promptly followed up and the guests were quiet. I enjoyed the fact that there was an indoor pool; hot tub and sauna at this location. They were contributing factors why I did not chose to stay in another hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. "

Needs Work but overall good stay.

"This is our second time staying here. The hotel is undergoing renovation but it seems they could have it a little tidier than it was--seemed to be a bit dirty. It snowed while we were there but the sidewalks were not cleared off, making it potentially dangerous to walk. The bed is very comfortable."
