"Our room wasn’t clean pillows were dirty and you can tell when they switched the pillow cases ( if they ever did) the cleaners never took the time to actually clean the pillows as there was hair from previous guest inside the pillow case and all over the bed. Yuck. Amenities were nice. Shower was clean. Breakfast was a nice addition to our stay. Front desk staff and staff in general were very helpful and kind "

The hotel was very warm, comfortable with spacious rooms and plenty of towels and toiletries The beds were super comfortable and breakfast choice was excellent. Upon arrival the desk had no record of this selection and charged extra to get what I thought I had already paid for. I don't know if this is Expedia's fault or the hotel's. "Our stay on the ground floor was perfect for us having a toddler who always wanted to go outside and play with the bocce balls and bubbles in the yard. Conveniently located near everything we could possibly need or want to see. Everyone we met, whether local or visiting, were incredibly nice and welcoming.
