"We found that even it's a new hotel, they are in the learning curve and there are some key point they need to pay attention. - The bed was not well done, the person in charge don't stretch the linen, she only covers it completely wrinkled with the top blanket. - The carpet was not vacuumed during the three days we were there - On the other hand no one is taking care of the plants they have, all of them are needing water daily."

"Excellent location within Guanajuato. The room itself was very spacious with a gorgeous view of the city from the balcony. There is no elevator, so carrying heavy suitcases up the stairs was a bit of a hassle. The staff is courteous and helped with tour reservations and to get taxis. There is no in room coffee service provided, and we were given two 350ml bottles of water, so it was a bit of a hassle having to go get coffee and water whenever we needed it. "es una ubicacn muy centrica, a menos de 500 mts de la central de autobuses y justo en la zona piel para realizar las compras necesarias, las camas son un poco incomodas asi que no lo recomendaria para largas estadias pero si solo son 1 o 2 dias esta perfecto, el personal y limpieza son impecables"

"the property isn't very updated. slow water flow but great service from management and employees. They were very friendly and helpful. I would stay again because of price and service but this hotel isnt highend at all but a great price for what you get."
