"We had a great stay. This town is not made for uncomfortable shoes. The hotel was perfect for a weekend, close to all the comotion but not on top of it. The night staff can be very rude. Over all a very beautiful property where I would stay at again. The terrace is lovely and Miguel went out of his way to make sure we were having a lovely time and the day staff was great. "

"This property is about 50 steps from el callejon del beso, dining, and shopping. We loved the location but hated the parking. There is no car access to the hotel due to the very small narrow streets. We had to park at a public parking garage. So this means you have to walk up with your luggage and walk down. Quit a ways if you have heavy luggage and kids. So just keep that in mind. The staff was great and set up a taxi pick up for us to return to the airport. I would stay here again. "

"It is about a 15 minute walk down into town. You walk through the back streets of Queretaro and see how the locals live. The hotel has all the basics. Hot water, clean, service. The staff was hospitable. The only thing I can comment on was that the beds are really hard to sleep on. Otherwise for the price this was a nice hotel if one is okay to be outside town. "
