"The room was absolutely disgusting. the smell in the room was awfull! there was mold all over the ceiling near the bathroom, the sink and bath tub had rust all over it. and the ice bucket had old food in it. thankfully the girl a tthe front desk gave us a new one. the side walks are all cracked and wobbly, but this place needs to be condemned its not safe and is a healthy hazard. DO NOT STAY HERE BY ANY MEANS NECCESSARY"

"They care about their property and were working on maintenance. Parking is ample but everyone must be extra careful driving in and especially getting out. The location was central to great beaches, Southampton, great restaurants and shopping. "

"Super clean and comfortable. Close to the local beach and food shopping. They have a fridge and a good coffee maker and a tv with seemingly ALL streaming services! A microwave would have been great to make popcorn but not a deal breaker. We slept great. "
