"The entire Town Center has a very upscale feeling, without being overdone. The hotel is very clean and in great condition. The rooms are good sized and the furnishings are very comfortable "

"Hubby and I planned to get reservations with Red Hawk Casino and the hotel was booked for the weekend we wanted. So, we booked with Best Western. Staff were nice, the room was clean and the breakfast wasn’t so bad. Our stay was quite pleasant and we enjoyed it. "

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom were spotless. Bedding was super comfy and there were lots of pillows to pick the ones I wanted. Breakfast offered a variety, was great, and convenient. "

"Stayed here a few times it was amazing as always! Right in the heart of the historic Jackson town. Wonderful historic rooms where celebrities have also stayed like John Wayne. Love the service and the country warmth"

"I’ve stay here a few times when visiting Auburn. But this time my room wasn’t as clean as it usually is. The bathroom had mold in between the tiles and around the tub. Something that should easily be wiped away. Also my husband found someone’s used contact on the night stand. So it kind of made me think things weren’t that clean"

"Overall a nice convenient location with the usual amenities. The room could have been cleaner - why was there someome elses sock in the closet? and the bathroom fan didn't work which made the room foggy. Not terrible but a little more detail would be nice. "

"Tried this Best Western this week. Room was clean and well laid out. Do carpet, a plus with me. Bed was super, laying now before dinner, opps, 3 hr. nap yea. As normal did not bother with tv. Towels ok and had plenty . Breakfast was tasty... will visit this BW again"
