"I really loved this retro hotel on top of the mountainside. I had the mysterious looking onsen all to myself several times around 9-10 pm and it was so cool. "４人でお世話になりました。到着時間の変更、更に当日にも変更と、ご迷惑おかけしましたが、気持ちよく対応していただけました。 また、家が広く、隣接する家もないので、のびのびと過ごす事ができました。４人ともぐっすり眠れました。 暗くなってからの到着でしたが、飛行機が飛んでいるのを、庭から眺めることができ、それも珍しく良かったです。 朝風呂にも入って、お湯を抜き忘れて帰ってしまってすみませんでした。 今回は、三原のマラソン大会出場の為の宿泊でしたが、来年も出る事になればまたお世話になりたいです。 ありがとうございました"

"This is an old merchant house that has been nicely remodeled as a hotel. It's smack in the middle of Tomonoura's historic renewal district. The room I had was spacious, comfortable, and nicely designed. This hotel requires some pre-planning: getting the shuttle bus from Fukuyama, making sure basic needs are met (no onsite staff, except at breakfast time).
