My wife and I thought the open-air baths were for both men and women. However, in reality, the open-air bath are only found in the men's baths. The women's bath was not an open-air bath. My wife are disappointed with it.

ホテル自体は屋上に 温泉、サウナも付いており、スタッフの丁寧な対応、朝食ブエッフェも問題ないのですが、このホテルの厳しいのは立地。 福山駅から大人で徒歩15〜20分ですが、子連れや荷物が多いと30分位見ておかないと厳しいかもしれない。 ホテルからの出発をタクシー呼んでいる客もいたので、その部分だけは惜しい点とは思う。 近場のコンビニは歩いて5,6分のセブンイレブンのみ。

利用した部屋のコンセントは使えるコンセントと使えないコンセントがあった。 アメニティも使用できるが時代を感じるものがあった。 ただ、スタッフのサービス、対応は非常に良かった。

ロビーは綺麗で、朝食も美味しかったです。部屋は一般のビジネスホテルとそんなに変わらない感じです。収納はありません。水回りへのアクセスが一段高くなっていて、最初の方よく躓きそうになりました。エレベーターも2台で、必ずロビーのある2階に止まるので、少し時間がかかります。

23時頃入浴の際、スパ(大浴場)の脱衣所の床が髪の毛がたくさん落ちていて足の踏み場もない位で気持ち悪かった。 モップは置いてあったが、そのモップ自体が、髪の毛で まみれていた。21:30に清掃終わったらそのままなのだと思う。夜間定期的にモップの交換をして欲しい。 コンビニや飲食店までも、徒歩5分位かかり、不便。スタッフの応対はとても良く、お部屋は綺麗なのは良かった。
