"Wondeful staff and help and free onsen"

"Very cozy and beautiful boutique hotel with great attentive staffs. Onsen is quite the standard. Room and general areas were very clean. A little far to walk to and from the parking area but it is only because we stayed during the snowy season. Otherwise, all perfect and will go back if i plan anything at furano again."

"A big Aeon mall nearby. The room was nice, but parking is the lifting system which you had to make sure to take everything you need out as it's not quite convenient to ask them to bring your car down for you just to get stuffs."

"Our family stayed over for a night at the hotel to visit Daisetsuzan. Hotel is very close to the cable car in small town of Sounkyo. We were there at off-season so it was quiet. Hotel is bit old but its a nice experience to stay in traditional Japanese accommodation. Rooms and tatami mattress were fine and fits in 4 people (albeit bit tight). Onsen was a good experience to have thats built in the hotel that we all enjoyed. Other facilities appears old and breakfast was average. The town was...

"We had a great stay at Fenix West. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The room was spacious w a fully equipped kitchen and beautiful Mountain View. We especially appreciate the shuttle services to and from town, which made our trip so much more enjoyable and easy to plan. There is no Onsen in the hotel but there is one conveniently in the hotel across the street, which kind of solve the issue. I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel "

"A recent build so still fresh & new. Excellent food, staff are friendly, most with English language. Rooms were nice and well cleaned. The larger rooms were more comfortable for large Aussies like me."
