I had many emails confirming booking and one of the phone numbers listed took me to an irate gentleman who had not been involved with the hotel for 2 years. Need to check that all numbers are valid. "Staying on the houseboat was certainly the unique experience that we'd hoped it to be. We arrived later than planned but a quick call to the host helped us navigate to the parking area and gave us directions to meet him at the boat.
