"The rooms were beautiful, clean and quite spacious compared to other hotel rooms. Liked that they had two shower heads, one that could be lowered to shower kids. We were on second floor and there was some road noise but I didn’t find it bad at all. The breakfast was good, there were lots of options. The downside was that the pool was freezing cold. It says it’s heated but it sure wasn’t anywhere near as warm as the other holiday inn we stayed at the night prior. The hot tub was wonderful but...

"The outside of the property smelled like sewage and the inside of the room could have been cleaner. The staff was very nice. "

"While the hotel is older it is decent condition and kept clean and neat which was nice. Bathroom was super tiny as well as the shower and hard to get into with a crutch or cane but otherwise the room was good and easily accessible. Would recommend for the harbor location "

"Well there was no bugs so that was great. The refrigerator was next to the sink plugged in and that outlet didn't work so I moved it to a different outlet and ended up working. Every time I would flush the toilet I'd have to open the top of the lid for the water to come through that was kind of a hassle. When there was room service all I got was exchange of towels I didn't get anything swept mopped bed made or the bathroom cleaned I even asked but I don't think some of those people spoke...
