Room was satisfactory and clean, staff were friendly and the simple touches of free beverages etc were appreciated. However after checking out I was not informed about extra charges and fees that were added to my bill. I had prepaid this room in Canadian $ which had pushed the bill to $450 for a two night stay, this was fine but then to add another $96 for Washington tax and other incidentals which I was not...

"It was a nice, clean room. The walls are paper-thin though and I could hear everyone moving around in the rooms next to and above us. It's also right next to the airport."

"It was noisy in my room right beside the highway. One elevator was out of service for 2 days, the 2nd one was broken for numerous hours. No other elevator available. Front staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast staff member was not as friendly. Asked one our group members why she was taking two packets of peanut butter. Not her place to ask that of a guest. Nice to have the underground parking. Room and bathroom clean and enough space. "
