"Location was in the center which is great. The room is clean, spacious (booked a quad room), had everything we needed. Internet was good too. However check out is at 10am which is quite early compared to all other hotels and they charge for luggage storage and hot water. In my opinion, tap water, even hot water, should be free. Staff are friendly. I would recommend. "

"This was our secomd time staying at the Ocean House and just like the first time we were placed on the 2nd floor and yet again the lift broke down. This was a disappointment as the climb up can feel tiring... that said, the best aspect of our stay was the tentative and excellent customer service from Nicolas! He is hard working and always smiling. The accommodation its self was nice and the main double bed is exceptionally comfortable. The beach is in walking distance and the hotel offers bikes...

"Fantastic staff who provided a lot helpful advice. Gabriela and Denzel were particularly helpful. Overall, I had a great stay. The room was perfect, the staff were helpful, and the location was close to the main plaza with lots of great restaurant options. Highly recommend!"
