"This was perfect for what we needed. We were there to explore so didn’t need a fancy room. The room was very basic, reflective of the price. It is noisy, like everywhere we stayed in Africa, earplugs (and sleeping mask) go a long way. The staff arranged very reasonably priced airport pickup (shared shuttle) and tours for us. Would highly recommend the day trip to waterfall/coffee/hot springs $75usd/pp totally worth it! The Kilimanjaro day hike (16km) wasn’t worth it for us $150usd/pp and no real...

"I arrived late in the hostel and found it fully empty. There was even anybody in the reception. Tried to call someone and no reply. Had to wait for another 2 hours and with the help of hotels.com customer service, someone arrived. So definetelly, the security needs to be improved in this hostel. Everything else is good, rooms are basic but comfortable. I stayed in double room and it has mosquito net and fan, the bed is very spacious and comfortable. "
