"This was perfect for what we needed. We were there to explore so didn’t need a fancy room. The room was very basic, reflective of the price. It is noisy, like everywhere we stayed in Africa, earplugs (and sleeping mask) go a long way. The staff arranged very reasonably priced airport pickup (shared shuttle) and tours for us. Would highly recommend the day trip to waterfall/coffee/hot springs $75usd/pp totally worth it! The Kilimanjaro day hike (16km) wasn’t worth it for us $150usd/pp and no real view at the top, not their fault, it is a popular hike and cheaper than other companies, it just was a big let down in terms of views. The rooftop patio is a great place to chill out and the food is very affordable and tasty. Views of Kilimanjaro. Staff are friendly and helpful. This place is ideal for budget travellers. "
