"Located on the outskirts of Innsbruck the hostel is relatively easy to get to. From the central station you just walk around the corner and catch the number 3 tram (heading for Amras). After a few stops you get off at `Pilippine-welser strabe’ and then walk for about ten minutes. Incidentally, if your flight is a morning one, don’t turn up at the hostel in the hope of an early check-in as there is no receptionist until 14.00. "The digital check-in on site was a little tricky. The screen displays your room number briefly, then it goes away. It’s not printed on your card, so make sure you remember it 😁 The staff were super friendly and helpful!! Excellent location and the room was very nice! I would certainly stay here again!!"

"Terrible stay, Worst check in ever!! Rude staff (we saw only one in our stay), not customer oriented, NO internet access the half of the stay (with not a single explanation). They didn´t change the towels or the sheets in 8 nights... Every time someone came in to the building we heard a big noice from the entrance door... The management is really poor, they run the place like a cow farm not an hospitality business"
