"This is a very safe and comfortable high end hotel right in the middle of San Jose within walking distance of most of the attractions including the Main Markets and the National Museum. It's also right across the street from the National Theater. The rooms are very comfortable and well maintained. The lobby is on the 5th floor and you need a key card to enter the other floors with guest rooms so it is very safe. My family and I did not eat at the restaurant though it looked very nice.
