"This was a great hotel. Quiet neighborhood, about a mile away from downtown. There were cookies and lemony water in the lobby when we arrived. Check in was pretty quick. Our room was pleasant and comfortable. Really liked the bathroom soaps! My only gripe about the room was we couldn't get the blackout curtain to black out the window. Solid hotel breakfast. Good experience for the price. Would stay again."

"Everything about our stay was great…once we got past check-in. There was no one at the desk when we arrived, but a sign saying the clerk would return shortly. After nearly 10 minutes a young lady came from the kitchen area and stepped behind the desk without apologizing for the wait or even really acknowledging us. She then proceeded to check us in but never smiled or engaged in conversation. She was perfectly competent but not at all friendly or welcoming. "

"This historic property has been lovingly refurbished into a modern day inn. There are clean,shared bathrooms. The outside porch and sitting areas overlook the lake with fabulous views. "Check in was easy and the girl on duty was pleasant. I asked where the breakfast room was and she pointed out the direction. We were on the 1sst floor, and I entered the room from the outside. It was clean, nothing fancy. The next morning I went to find the breakfast room and left our room thought the back door that led i to the hall, there was an awful stench, the breakfast room was dark, and no one at the frontt desk.
