"Clean comfortable bed. Nice hot shower. Elevator to 3rd floor. Very accommodating staff. However coming back at night is a little disconcerting since everything is dark. People in another room screaming so difficult to sleep. Breakfast was perfect. Location was perfect. Carpet not so clean but otherwise room was very nice. "

"A small but pleasantly surprisingly hotel located just a the southern end of the main street with plenty of good restaurants. Also only a short drive from the ferry terminal. Very limited parking on site, but free parking between 19:00hrs and 09:00hrs is available next to the local tourist office immediately to the North. "

"We spent 10 days at la Résidence Les embruns in September, and we loved it. It's an older property that would benefit from some renovations and updates (like a fresh coat of paint all over). That said, it's very close to the wonderful beach, and also services like a grocery store (Carrefour Market). Carole at the reception desk is a pleasure to deal with. Downtown is about one kilometre away, an easy and pleasant walk. Very recommended."

"I received an excellent and very warm welcome. Mary greeted me and made sure everything was to my satisfaction and offered to carry my bags to my room (which was on the second floor and only accessible by a spiral staircase). "Basic four bed room in out buildings. Ok beds with limited hanging space but bathroom very poor. Leaking cistern that had to be turned off after filling, loose tiles, mould in grout, loose broken shower head, poor ventilation, no shower curtain. If my wife had been with me I would not have stayed. My friend and I put up with it as we were only there to sleep and depart very early next morning. "Stay away from this place, and be super careful about this place and any other place that is posted as non-refundable. There is always a reason behind not refunding your money. I booked a room at this place on Expedia and when I checked in I was shocked. This is nothing like a hotel.
