Have used hotels in the Campanile chain before, and this one was well up to standard.. The room was clean comfortable, and the breakfast was varied and plentiful Would have no hesitation in using this hotel again

We booked the hotel so that we could use the bar and restaurant for our evening meal. We arrived in the dark in the middle of a storm and was told we couldn't use the restaurant/bar as it was booked out for a group booking. They did not advise us of this even though I emailed them, prior to our arrival, to which they did not respond. They could offer us no alternatives for food, nor did they direct us to anywhere nearby. The room was dirty with stains on walls and skirting boards. The toilet bowl was dirty and the bin in the bathroom hadn't been emptied. The central heating system didn't work but there was a very antiquated electric heater which we had to use. Breakfast, however, was very nice with lots of choice. There are lots of hotels in the vicinity so in future we will be using one of these.

Check in was adventurous front desk was already closed at 9:30 my reservation number did not work on the self check in there was a kind person staying there that spoke French that help us with commutating with the operator breakfast was not anywhere close to what website has pictured gate stayed open first night second night it was closed didn’t work with combination of room had to call for assistance and again no wash clothes or hand towels and no ice machine what is the deal with no hotels in France having the basic immunities like in the States

les plus, le ptit déjeuner qui plait forcément à tous les goûts. Bonne literie. Les moins, odeur quand on rentre dans la chambre, sans doute dûe au précedent locataire mais il faudrait juste mettre un déo d'atmosphere et traces suspectes sur le plafond de la salle de bain.

Pour une nuit, la chambre etait suffisante. Néanmoins, niveau propoté pas top et gros probleme de chasse d'eau (plutot contraignant), plus de shampoing dans la baignoire. Dommage, le personnel est tres accueillant.

Séjour écourté suite à la chute de ma mamie et appel des pompiers,nous avons dû rentrer d’urgence sur Paris … donc juste 1 h ou 2 dans la chambre mais tout avait l’air parfait et à l’accueil Charles et Aymeric était très accueillant… nous y reviendrons avec plaisir

Manque de propreté
Bonsoir, Nous avons constaté une chambre sale. Poils d'animal (chat ou chien). Le sol de la chambre n'a certainement pas été nettoyé avant notre séjour. Présence de moisissures à la fenêtre. De plus, nous comprenons le besoin de faire des économies d'énergie mais cela ne justifie pas le fait que nous avons été obligés de rester couvert pour prendre notre petit déjeuner Nous ne retournerons pas dans cet établissement Merci de m'avoir lu.
