"Spent a night here on the back to the UK. La Barque is a fairly ordinary French 2 star, but it is in good condition and is very clean. The highlight of our stay was the great meal we had in the restaurant. The food is great and the prices are very reasonable. "

"Lovely people. Bed terrible sunk in the middle so you rolled together all the time it was a hot night so it was the last thing you wanted. Shower curtain calcified on the bottom third and gone brown. Towel had 2 big holes in it. Curtains didn’t meet and one had tiny holes in it. "

"The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a decent size, the bed was comfortable but there was no door on the bathroom and there was no climate control, except a window. We were facing the courtyard which people were enjoying until late at night. Unfortunately because it was warm and we had the window open, our room became very smokey and the noise made it difficult to sleep. The hotel served its purpose but I do not think we would stay there again."
