"I found the staff very accommodating despite the language barrier. The view from our room was lovely and the breakfast was great. There were trams , busses, taxis and Gare (trains) very near the hotel. The restaurant Thailand Food WAS INCREDIBLE!! "

The room was typically small, like most European rooms with only enough room to walk around the bed with one chair by a small desk. Bathroom was small with modern fixtures. ten minutes from the city center and 15 mins from the racetrack. Dinner in town at Brasserie Madeleine was delightful"

We had several ‘challenges’- the heater in the bathroom only stayed on for 1 minute, the hairdrier did not work, the room was very clean when we arrived but daily room service was poor- only made the bed and changed the towels. The cups were not changed and the floor was not cleaned (we stayed for 4 nights. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very poor value for €9. "We booked the hotel last minute and staff made sure everything was ready for our arrival. The hotel is situated within walking distance to the old town and at the same time it was very quite area which we liked as we were traveling with a kid. Everything from the check-in to check-out was perfect. Definitely will come again and recommend it to all! "

"The grounds are stunning. We were greeted by a peakcock and peahens. We saw swans and horses from our balcony as well as a view of Mont Saint Michel. It’s not a hotel. It’s a family home and they request you don’t eat or drink in the rooms. They don’t have irons etc., but are very gracious and the breakfast is phenomenal. "
