Fabulous city stay. So near everything! The old town was magnificent. The apartment itself was a delight. Had everything you needed even a little mini dishwasher. Lovely comfortable beds and pillows and it was so very quiet. Highly recommended

This hotel was well run and very close to all the shops and restaurants. We had a friendly welcome and the room was really nice. Bed was comfortable and the shower powerful. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel itself is convenient, with a car park and excellent location to walk around Le Mans town centre. The room was clean and the bathroom and shower were good. The bed is huge, but wasn't very comfortable, the sheets were getting undone at the edges. On top of that, our room gave on a bus stop from the first floor which was loud from 6am as buses stoped right under our room. Probably a bit unlucky that we had that room from our side, the buses don't run between 11:30pm and 6am but that's still enough to be annoying.

This hotel took us by suprise.. Room was great on the 6th floor over looking the city.. Very walkable to see the churches or down to river area.. Many food options in-between.. We loved how the windows open for fresh air and ability to take great pictures of the area.. And a decent breakfast to top it all off.. I would definitely visot here again..

The staff were very friendly. The room was so comfortable and incredibly quiet. We had messaged ahead and a parking space had been reserved for us. We had also mentioned we were bringing our dog and she was very welcome. Both of these reservations incurred a fee but that was expected. We paid for these when we arrived, together with the tax. Breakfast was really lovely with a variety of delicious things to eat. The reception area also smelt really nice! Both hubby and me commented on it. We went for a short walk in the evening and in the morning. The area felt safe. There were plenty of places to eat and drink if needed. We would definitely come back if we were to stay in Le Mans again. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic value don’t be concerned about 3 star
I was a little concern because of a three star rating, but it was the only hotel who would accept our dogs. We couldn’t use the garage offered because of a top box on our Landrover, but we did park just outside the hotel. The receptionist went out of his way to help so kind considerate and polite. We will use this hotel again

New, clean but no air con
This is still a new property and it is in immaculate condition and is very clean. The staff are very friendly. The only negative was the lack of air condition on a day/night in the high 30's Celsius. Even though a fan was provided, it was difficult to sleep because of the temperature.

I don’t think I ever gave such a low rating, but this one is warranted. Orbitz does not allow pictures posting, so I can only write. 1/ no one at front desk but a sign and a number to call. I called 6 times over 90 minutes and never got an answer 2/ my bathroom was in disarray with used feminine underwear on the floor 3/ bedding is mediocre, pillows horrible (cheap microscopic foam peanut type) 4/ in the morning, staff block the lift on the 7th to load their supplies. A good 10 minute wait for the lift. Etc… Stay away. It was my first stay at a Odalys property, never again!
