"Room wasn’t clean. Lots of stains on the sheets and pillow cases. Dirty shower and the water pressure was very low. They also would not store our bags after check out. Early check out at 10am and not being able to store our bags is super inconvenient. Our ferry was at 4pm but the earliest ferry was 12noon. So even with the earliest ferry you have to drag your bags around for hours. "

"We were supposed to check in at 1pm and room wasn’t ready until 3:30pm. Owner was not there and the wife was not working. I need WiFi since I work remotely and it kept going out every few minutes. We did not end up checking in. I tried multiple times to get ahold of owner and she didn’t answer until hours later. I asked for the cancellation policy which was not available online and wanted to cancel my reservation because I was unhappy with the service and lack of communication. She was not...
