"Great value for the price! This isn’t a luxury hotel, but for the cost, it’s a clean, comfortable stay in a great location. Most of the staff were friendly, and the overall experience was pleasant. If you’re looking for a simple, affordable place for a night out of town, I’d definitely stay here again."

"Breakfast was good daily. Bathrooms definitely not good for seniors, as no step in showers and no rails in bathtub. Toilets way too low! Needs some upgrading and I believe that is happening now."

"Climate control poor in both of our recent stays. Thermostat was set to 76 and room very stuffy. Reduced temp to 68 and then to 60 but still hot so opened windows in night despite it being winter. Pillows x4 bulky. Options of 2 large and 2 smaller softer pillows would be appreciated. "

"Amazing location, beautifully decorated rooms with all the amenities you could need. If you're a light sleeper may not be ideal as noisy on weekends. Love the little patios & that its dog friendly. Great communication with host & self check in. The beds are a little uncomfortable & the pillows need replacing. Will be back!"

"Light Water Cove is one of a kind, beautiful and relaxing oasis. Almost hard to believe a place this beautiful exists. A must see and stay on Salt Spring Island. I would love to come back soon. "

"Excellent property, clean quiet & comfortable.The location & area is very good. Close to parks & rec centre. Also, there is ample parking. The host is a kind & helpful gentleman, made sure I was comfortable. I have to say, it is one of the best places I've stayed."

"Communication from the host was outstanding. The room was clean and cozy. No tv in the room, but we really didn’t care. It was a surprise for my family and they loved it. Perfect if you want a quiet affordable getaway. Walking distance to inner harbor. Breakfast was included and provided by a family owned cafe called Imagine. Your choice of fruit and yogurt or a breakfast sandwich on banock bread… it was called Imagine Cafe and they make an awesome wood fired pizza."
