"The spa and treatments are very high quality! Alpina Restaurant was great but expensive to have all your meals in. I didn’t like having to call shuttle for every spa, meal or other area too far to walk from rooms. Staff came quick but still would rather have everything all in one place. Lots of stairs even in some rooms so those who find stairs difficult shouldn’t stay here Pool not impressive. No hot tub but some rooms have a jacuzzi bath tub. "

"Property is beautiful and the views are lovely. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed a delicious dinner overlooking the hills with great service from the restaurant staff as well. The room was clean, spacious and the beds were comfortable. Our main issue was that the hot tub was over heated and unusable, which was unfortunate as that was our main reason for booking. "The property and surrounding area are beautiful. The view from the room was spectacular. Staff at the front desk and at the restaurant were welcoming and accommodating. The only suggestion I have for improvement is moving away from disposable, single-use plastic wrapped cups to reusable cups and mugs in the rooms. "

"We were greeted by name by Cathy and shown our room, which was just as pictured. Breakfasts were lovely and picture perfect, thank you Martin. The Inn is easily walkable to the downtown harbor area and Beacon Hill Park. Our departure ferry was leaving early before breakfast, Cathy made sure we had coffee and snacks available in our room. Perfect!"
